Starting in 2006 I’ve used a variety of heating pads for my very advanced MGD, chronic chalazions, stenosed glands, extensive gland loss, rosacea, and dry eye syndrome. I’ve used hard boiled eggs, damp washcloths, microwaved eye pads by Bruder and other vendors, plus a heated eye mask by ingeware.

I finally asked a very experienced ophthalmologist what electric eye pad she would recommend for my advanced MGD, rosacea, and stenosed glands. She had me take a photo of the Wizard Eye Mask which she called up on her computer.

This mask is excellent. I was happy to meet its creator on YouTube and learn more on your website.

This is a great mask. Heats up faster than you’d think possible, in a few seconds! And comfortable to wear. I had some trouble with the read out screen, which allows you to adjust the settings, after a couple weeks. I contacted customer service and got a prompt response saying they’d send me another. And they did. Kind of rare these days.

I have tried other mask options such as the microwaveable version, warm washcloths, and the disposable mask that heats up once it is opened and the electric wizard mask seems to be the best choice. I just wish I was aware of it sooner.

Fabulous—I use it once per day for over one year and have not had a stye during that period of time. Opthamologists should be recommending this product to patients with recurring styes.

This company and the customer service is top notch. Really care about their customers. The mask is high quality and lasts years…. Highly Highly recommend!!
