Much better than the eye masks you heat in the microwave or the ones that heat chemically when you open them. I like that you can adjust the heat and have a timer. Very comfortable and easy to use.

I gave been using the mask for about 3 weeks now. It is very soothing to the eyes. Whether or not it will bring me anymore relief, perhaps more time will tell.

I have purchased two of your masks and received an extra one when I had an issue with the first one. The replacement one worked well for about two years, when it shorted out. I then purchased another one in the newer style, which lasted only a few months. I am now using the original one, which generally gets the job done when it is in a particular position. As you can tell, I really want this product to work, but the controllers are definitely problematic.
